Arriving on the mark of Halloween, 'Spook' is PYJÆN's first track since their 2021 album 'Feast', and the first from their forthcoming EP, 'Sunset Milk Tea'. Originally inspired by the classic J Dilla-Esque style beat, 'Spook' ultimately took a completely different turn into a lane of its own, which followed after the band performed the eerie jazz track live numerous times. Recorded during the Feast sessions, 'Spook' continued developing and eventually took on the form it has today, a dark, but playful stabby jazz anthem, which could only be dropped on a special occasion like Halloween.
